I could not do my favorite things and not talk about...
CHOCOLATE!
Since as far back as I can remember I have loved chocolate. Even as a baby I remember asking my mom to put chocolate milk in my baby bottle. Isn't that crazy?! 😝
And can you guess my request for birthday cake every year? Chocolate cake with vanilla frosting (I didn't learn the wonder of chocolate cake with fudge frosting until I was an adult. Yum!)

Why do I love chocolate?
Like I can't even really describe it but its silky, creamy, comes in tons of flavors and textures. It is just so versatile. And now as an adult I appreciate it even more.

Chocolate Caramels
Anything with chocolate and caramel in it is a winner in my book
Favorite Candy Bar
Whatchamacallit
Now this category is real tough because as a kid my go to was either a Twix or Reese Peanut Butter Cups and I still love them to this day. I also love Snickers, Butter Fingers, Take Fives and Milky Ways. However, there is just something about a Whatchamacallit! This is an old school candy and the first time I had one I just fell in love so whenever I see one in the store I am compelled to buy it. Its a mix of peanut butter, caramel and chocolate. All of my favorite things in one candy bar. Its just heaven! (BTW this category made me realize how many candy bars I love lol)

Ghirardelli Chocolate Caramel Squares
If I want to be a little fancy I get Ghiradelli's Chocolate Caramel Squares. Milk chocolate or Dark chocolate. Yum!
Favorite Valentines Day Chocolate
Russell Stover Milk Chocolate Caramels
I tend not not get too hung up on Valentines Day chocolate because I have bad nut allergies and can't eat most of the chocolates in the samplers anyway lol. However, if I had to pick my favorite it would be Russell Stover. Their chocolate caramels are so good! Godiva's chocolate caramels are a very close second, followed by Whitmans.
Favorite Chocolate Snack
Chocolate Covered Caramel Corn
Utz used to have this Caramel Corn with chocolate drizzle that I used to get every Christmas. And then they discontinued it. #SoSad #UberDisappointed So now what I do is get Werther's Original Caramel Popcorn and drizzle chocolate on it. This is by far the best Caramel popcorn I have ever had. And they have one with a mix of popcorn and pretzels. OMG! But I digress because this isn't a caramel popcorn post lol.
Favorite Chocolate Cookie
Somoa Girl Scout Cookies
If you haven't noticed a pattern by now caramel is of course a part of this cookie lol. I just love them. The Girl Scout version is the best but the Keeble Fudge Shoppe Coconut Dreams are a good second option.
Whew! Well now that I went through all of that I want some chocolate. lol
