Happy Saturday my wonderful fashionistas!
As you may know I am a foodie! I LOVE food. But it doesn't always love me. lol. I have some serious food allergies. While it is a curse in many ways, it is a gift also because it has given me the gift of cooking and baking. Because of my food allergies I cook a lot, which means I try a lot of different receipes in order for me to have some of my favorite foods.
One of my favorite ethnic foods is Korean Food. I've been eating Korean Food since junior high when most of what I had was from friends' shared lunches. Kimchi is to die for. And Korean BBQ 💕💖.
However, I have a bad sesame allergy. (Ugh, I know). Luckily for me, most Korean restaurants in New York will eliminate sesame for you when able but if I want Korean Food at home I can't get it from the grocery store. I have to make my own.
I love Korean Rice bowls and one day I was craving Korean Food so I hopped on google and found a recipe. I just substitute the call for sesame oil with canola oil and omit the sesame seeds. My favorite recipe is one I found on Recipe Critic
here. It's quick, easy and so delicious!
So give it a try.
