I originally wanted everyone to wear the same shoe. You know why this is a pain in the ass?
Trying to find the right size for everyone, keeping cost in mind, can they all walk in heels and all of that is a lot. My suggestion? Pick a few (3) styles that you like, include a flat if possible in your chosen color scheme and tell your maids to go pick them up.
After a couple of failed attempts with my bridal party I just let them wear their own shoes as long as they were black. They sent me pictures for approval beforehand. We all still looked good so I was happy about that.
Their shoes don't have to be embellished, or over the top but comfort is important and a shoe that they can wear again is a huge consideration in my opinion. Ultimately, it is your decision so have fun!
